Contracts for the purchase of products through our site will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to edit or remove content, refuse access to this website or cancel an order at our discretion. If we cancel an order, we will notify you immediately and you will not incur any costs.

Pricing and availability

The total price of your goods will be stipulated at the time you place your order or at the end when your order has been confirmed. All prices are in pounds sterling including the relevant taxes for the UK where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your order reaches its destination country are your responsibility.

We have the right to make alterations to the prices in the following circumstances:

On extremely rare occasions, the cost of the product may have increased but not updated on the website, taxes may have not been included in the price, or they may have changed. We will inform you immediately and before dispatch if this is the case to ensure you still wish to purchase, but at the revised cost.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for goods if it has been listed at the incorrect price due to a typographical error, or the price from our suppliers, tax or duty office was incorrect when our price was published. If you have already been charged, we will immediately refund you the total amount you have paid including any delivery charges.

All products offered for sale on this website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If goods cannot be supplied for any reason we will contact you and you will not be charged for the items ordered. If payment has already been taken, you will be refunded for the cost and any postage charges if applicable without delay.

We endeavour to hold stocks of our active products, but if we are out of stock of your chosen item we will inform you of an estimated delivery date, subject to availability.

We cannot be held responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Payment

Payment is taken at the point of order and is processed through a secure server by debit or credit card. We strongly recommend that you do not send your card details by email, as we cannot be held responsible for security if you supply your details in this way.

Card Security

Our site uses one of the most secure methods of payment processing available, which will let you pay either through your PayPal account (if you have one) or by your choice of credit/debit card. Your card details are entered directly onto their secure server. Your card details are never held in clear text on any website and are only decrypted on the PayPal secure server for the purpose of making the payment.

Postage rates:

Please ensure you enter the correct postcode/zipcode in the box marked 'postcode/zipcode' on the order form, as our system will offer you the relevant options based on this information where additional postage/carriage costs may be relevant. Our postage costs are shown as 'additional', and we always endeavour to secure the most economic costs, which will be clearly marked against items.

Despatch times:

We will always endeavour to despatch goods up to 3pm on the day we receive your order, unless the items you have ordered are out of stock. In that case, we will make every effort to despatch the goods as soon as possible.  If the time delay to complete your order becomes too extended, we will contact you for your further instructions. Despatches are made from Monday to Friday only.

Goods damaged in transit

If you have to sign for your delivery, you must check you are receiving the correct goods and ensure there is no damage. Please make sure you open your parcel immediately and carefully check the contents, as you must inform us within 3 working days of delivery of any damaged or incorrectly sent goods. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

Goods lost in transit

We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within a reasonable time from the expected delivery date.

Returns

Our 14 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. All returned goods must be received by us in a saleable condition with any seals or shrink-wraps unopened. Once we have received your items, we will refund the full payment price by return. Faulty Goods

Reicca sunglasses are guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects. On receipt of a defect, we will either correct the defect or replace your product and send back to you by return. Our 14 day warranty will not cover accidental breakages or fair wear and tear.

Cancellations

You are free to cancel your order at any time and for any reason before your order has been dispatched, and once we have received notification of your cancellation, an immediate refund will be made. If your order has been despatched, it will have to be treated as a return, as we will have already processed your order.

We give a lifetime guarantee that covers all of our sunglasses against any manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not extend to damage that is caused from misuse or neglect.
